no idea about this topic, it’s very cool to see a bow evolve like this,
maybe we can start hunting in the uk with this stuff!

I don’t even know why I’m watching this. XD I have been shooting for years
at a highly competitive level, my technique is pretty damn good and so is
    my accuracy….

Well I’ve only shot about 3 arrows in my life, but I’d LOVE to get into
this. What’s a good distance to start off at? Also, on average, how long
does one need to practice before you go into the stands and hunt?

I’m learning to push and pull. For example, draw your bow back, anchor you
point, relax your fingers, move your finger around the trigger onto the
trigger, put a little tension on the trigger (not to much or you will
shoot), use the bones in your wrist to push the bow forward, the use your
release hand and pull the bow with your release hand back, kind of like
splitting the bow in two. This will cause the bow to shoot without hitting
the trigger at all. You will then be surprised by the shot, and your hand
will launch back far past your head in a fast motion. It makes your groups
tighter and you more accurate. I recommend to just shoot at a blank hay
bale or a blank target with no circles on it. Just practice the motion so
you get the hang of it then a couple weeks later try the same strategy but
aiming at a real target. Good luck! Ps. This takes awhile to learn, but
it’s the proper way to shoot a bow, even hunting or in tournaments.
