This is all wrong and they are trying to instruct people on how to do it
right?! Step right up step right up if you want to have poor form and
    injure yourself.

ok. So i plan on learning how to shoot correctly and i watch a few videos
and it looks like it may be right….. then i look at the comments i see
someone saying its the wrong way. Its bad enough that my internet makes a 4
min video 3 hours to buff i don’t need too waste all day for BS videos. is
this video showing the correct way or not….

you must be able to shoot from any position (above head, regular, at waist)
fuck proper form… if you cant be fluid with any weapon then there’s a
    problem

I really don’t understand why there is so much hate for this video. I’ve
been doing archery for three years now and most of the stuff in the video
is spot on. People really need to calm the hell down.

Why did he keep saying parallel to the target? I believe he meant your feet
and shoulders should be perpendicular…I think he meant perpendicular

This video is helpful for beginners but I have 1 problem. You do not hold
the bow tight at any point, you have a firm but gentle grip and you do not
hold the bow tight after releasing the arrow, you let it ‘swing’ back at
you. When you hold the bow tight after release you put to much pressure
onto the limbs of the bow and it will result in damage of the bow.

As a certified IOC coach, I have no problem with the content of this video.
After all, it is aimed at the person curious about our discipline.
Improvements to bad form are performed on a one to one basis and cannot be
    taught via visual media.

She can hold the bow, string, and arrow however she wants. She can do
whatever works for her as long as the arrow goes where she aims it! Don’t
be so critical lol. There is nothing wrong with practicing any technique
that works for you am I right?

He doesnt know how to use a bow. He thinks he knows how to use a bow. How
about a left hand bow or compound bow.

This guy is too biased towards his own practices. Three or four finger
releases are both fine, it’s whatever is comfortable to you. It also
doesn’t matter how you stand to line up your shot, an archer should be able
    to shoot from any angle.
