    If you keep it perfectly straight the string will smack you on the wrist
    when you shoot, you have to keep it slightly bent.

    When u release ur grip you’ll have to bring ur hand/arm back so that it
    gets much more flow and the arrow will get more straight

    You might want to teach her a proper grip on the bow. Pistol grip=bad.

    Or you could lift heavy things in a gym that is not planet fitness and
    develop good symmetrical strength at an adecuate ROM :-)
