Don’t know if u have seen the average archer but these exercises are not
for warm up, these could actually damage your body. The first exercise can
be really stressful on all your shoulder and surrounding muscles. Besides
he doesn’t give enough explanation on how to the exercise. If you grip to
close you will get bad form and might tear something because its way to
hard. Then the second part of the warm up, “archery” push up’s. I bet 80%
of the archers never done 10 pushup’s in a row, let alone as warm up.
