You like your pork to come already slaughtered for you on a piece of
    styrofoam don’t you? LOL

Thanks SecondAmendment4Life. Yeah, I wish I lived closer to an area like
that as well. I would certainly do my part in curbing the hog population
    explosion :)

Thanks for watching, jo77laser! I really believe in putting them down fast.
The goal was not more bloodshed, but a quicker kill. I have seen hogs take
multiple arrows and multiple bullets and keep going; tough critters!

Thanks so much for the encouragement, Zachary! Please check out my African
bowhunting videos here on my channel. I am going on another hog hunt in
April and hope to have some more videos then :)

I’ve probably watched this video 5 or 6 times, and I still am amazed by the
blood pumping out of the hog when it hits the tree! That first shot was a
great one! 2nd too! Good job fellow hunter! It’s guys like you, hunting
ethically that do us hunters proud!

As an avid bowhunter, I appreciate the challenge of going after one with a
bow…but, that said, why not carry a .45, .357mag, or 10mm sidearm just in
case? Would have been much quicker to finish him off with one shot to the
brain than risking getting gored while trying to stab him in the heart as
he’s on the ground flailing. Incredible footage none the less, just
wondering if it was a personal choice or a rule where you were hunting that
    sidearms arent allowed?

wow!! That was intense, especially when he charged back at you…. had me
damn near climbing on top my chair!! Anyhow, what bow are you using? I’m
interested and have looked into taking some time and get trained to go on a
hunt and get outside, any advice for the new guy?
