    I’ve been shooting competition 20+ years and such a simple explanation as
    this has been missed by everyone-from Bowhunting journals, to Archery Focus

    if your gonna punch the trigger you better have a very steady front hand
    and a great follow through. Hard not to move everything else when you are a
    puncher though

    Worked great for the GF. My stance has always been a bit on the closed side
    and after checking, it is still a bit closed. It helper her though. Thanks

    Great tip…….I also teach the same method when shooting trap for the
    students on my team to get a natural feel of where to point a shotgun.
